We offer two types of Pre-Purchase reports, Gold Star and Platinum, both reports comply with, and exceed Australian Standard AS 4349.1 – 2007 Inspection of Buildings. With these types of reports you will be able to form an understanding of the properties condition your about to purchase along with any defects or maintenance work that maybe required.

Our Gold Star report is best suited to the home buyer looking for an inspection report covering structural items, RCD and smoke alarm installation, general external and internal property condition overview, major maintenance items.

Our Platinum report is for the discerning home buyer, it offers a more detailed description of the properties condition, internally it provides a room to room narrative. Outside the properties external condition is more comprehensively identified. Plumbing, gas and electric fitments are visually checked where accessible, taps and lights operated for working order. Internally walls adjoining showers checked for moisture ingress, where accessible roof and underfloor voids inspected. This report covers all items listed our Gold Star report provides and in addition gives;


More detailed indication of roof condition; Ridge & Hip tile pointing, tile damage.
